This site explains gold and silver prices and how to think about a purchase. It is not advice about money, taxes or law, it never tells you to buy, sell or hold anything, and it does not predict a price. For your own situation, speak to a qualified professional.
About the numbers
Spot readings come from gold-api.com, and the history behind each chart comes from COMEX gold and silver futures closes on Yahoo Finance. The pages are rebuilt every few hours, so any number may be behind the market or wrong. Use each one as a reference point, not a quote or an offer, check a live price with whoever you deal with, and always read the time printed beside it.
If a feed goes down
We keep showing the last good figures along with the time they were taken, rather than a blank or an estimate.
Other people's forecasts
When a page reports a target or a statistic from another organization, it names the page and its date and says whether we read the publisher's own page or a page reporting it. We make no price forecasts of our own and cannot vouch for anyone else's.
How the site earns money
If you ask Augusta Precious Metals for its information kit through one of our buttons and later become its customer, Augusta may pay us, with no extra charge to you. That payment has no say over a figure or a sentence here. What passes between you and Augusta falls under Augusta's own terms, which do not involve us. Read the disclosure.

Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, Gold & Silver Timing Guide is not liable for a loss that follows from using this site or relying on a number on it.
Which law applies
Montana law governs these terms, and Montana's conflict-of-law rules do not change that.
Who owns the content
Unless a page names another source, the writing and design are this site's. Short quotations are welcome when you give the site's name and link to it.
